Britvic - Tesseire
2014 - 2015
Wireframes and Documentation, Flow Diagrams, Sketching, Information Architecture, Content Mapping.
Tesseire is a French company with a long and proud history, that was not coming through in their web presence. They came to us with exciting plans for a re-branding and global new product launch. They required a platform where they could engage with and inspire their customers.
There were two major customer groups that needed to be catered for, professional, and consumer. These two groups had entirely different products, and ways of using those products.
I ran a sketching session with the stakeholders from various markets to establish what was important and what content each market would require, I then worked closely with the strategy team who gathered a series of requirements.
I started the project by establishing the Information architecture, and began to fill in a content map of required content, this continued to evolve through the project, as well as establishing a collection of templates.
Once an outline of the IA was agreed upon, I began sketching ideas for the layout of the pages, the site would be responsive, and designed to three breakpoints for desktop, tablet and mobile. These initial sketches helped both the team at Th_nk and the market stakeholders begin to visualise how the finished site would look and behave.
